The Sirius Difference: 3-Layer Construction
Unlike flat-printed signs, each board is a 3D-fabricated object featuring three precision-cut layers:
The Foundation: A solid wood backing for structural integrity.
The Tile Grid: A middle layer with recessed "wells" that hold the tiles in place, creating beautiful shadow lines and physical depth.
The Face Frame: A custom-titled top layer featuring your choice of header and footer.
Customized to Your Aesthetic
Sizes: Available in 30x30cm or 40x40cm formats. Depending on the number of names, a rectangular layout may be more aesthetic. This would be part of the collaborative process following purchase
Curated Fonts: Choose from Impact, Merriweather, Serif, Spicy Rice, Luckiest Guy, Russo One, Permanent Marker and Ready Player One for your titles.
The "Bridge" Icon: If certain names don't share a letter, we’ll seamlessly link them using a custom icon of your choice. Options include: Hearts, Paw Prints, Stars, Trophies, Footballs, Basketballs, and more.
As you can see in the photos, you can choose whether or not you’d like any gap between the letters
The Collaborative Design Process
We believe a custom piece requires a human touch. When you order, you aren't just getting a random layout—you're getting a design partner.
Place Your Order: Provide your names, titles, and style preferences at checkout.
Digital Proofing: Within 48 hours, we will email you a digital layout (see examples in the gallery). This is your chance to see exactly how your names will interlock.
Refinement: Love it? Approve it! Want to see a different configuration? You have the option to regenerate the layout up to two additional times to find the perfect balance.
Fabrication: Once approved, we move to the laser and begin the precision cutting and hand-finishing process.
Terms of Customization
Approval is Final: Because these pieces are permanently laser-cut, we cannot make changes once you have given digital approval. Please double-check all spellings in the proof provided.
Typo Policy: Sirius Fabrication is not responsible for spelling errors provided by the customer or overlooked during the proofing stage.
Natural Materials: As we work with real wood, variations in grain and tone are to be expected, making every piece truly one-of-a-kind.
